The Journey of Women: From Everyday Struggles to the Stars

Image
Women have always been the backbone of society, silently shaping the world with their hard work and dedication. Whether managing homes, excelling in careers, or breaking barriers in male-dominated fields, their contributions are often overlooked. Despite their resilience and determination, many women still struggle to receive the appreciation they deserve. Yet, history has shown us that women are unstoppable. They rise above societal expectations, push through limitations, and achieve greatness. One shining example of this determination is Sunita Williams, a trailblazing astronaut who has redefined the boundaries of space exploration. Recently, Sunita Williams and her fellow astronauts from Crew-9 safely returned to Earth in their SpaceX Dragon spacecraft, marking another milestone in her extraordinary career. With over 320 days in orbit and seven spacewalks to her name, she continues to inspire generations with her courage and dedication. Carrying India’s legacy beyond the s...

"You First, Always: Breaking the Cycle of Neglected Mental Health in Women"

Image
Picture this: You wake up, check your phone, scroll through an endless feed of expectations—career wins, flawless relationships, self-care routines that seem impossible to maintain. You grab coffee, rush through your morning, meet deadlines, reply to messages, try to be present for friends, family, colleagues—until, at some point, You realize you've been neglecting the most important person in your life—you. We, as women, are natural multitaskers. We balance responsibilities, emotions, and expectations like pros. But at what cost? Mental health often takes a backseat in a world that glorifies hustle, productivity, and self-sacrifice. The pressure to “have it all together” can feel suffocating, leaving little space for rest, reflection, or simply existing without feeling guilty about it. But here’s the truth: prioritizing your mental health is not a luxury—it’s a necessity. And it doesn’t require grand gestures or a perfect routine.Little deliberate actions can have a big impact. 1....

BEST FEMALE ASSASSIN ON TV

Image
"LIKE NOTHING ELSE ON TV" It’s difficult to get me to truly buy into a new Thrilar drama. But BBC America drama  Killing Eve  is that show, and you’ll be doing yourself a disservice if you miss it. I am always facinate to powerful female characters or women leading roles. There are so many strong female characters in movies and series. But I have never seen a spy thriller with 2 lead women characters. One who is a female assassin and other is spy. There maybe others female serial killer characters in films or series but they always try to use the sexuality as a weapon or they try to sexualize the woman's character and potray them sensualy. But In Killing eve Villanelle's character is  badass, dangerous, witty and is an unhealthy ESFP personality type. As it is written by women they didn't sexualize the character at all. This character went against a lot of stereotypes usually potrayed on television. She is impulsive, thrill-seeking and indulges in all kinds of sensory ...

MY AWAKENING TO FEMINISM

Image
MY AWAKENING TO FEMINISM Don’t speak loud. Don’t wear jeans. Don’t go out. Don’t speak much. Don’t be a feminist: Don’t: Don’t: Don’t….. Have you ever counted how many “don'ts” you have to listen or avoid till now, especially if you are a girl. I have a nuclear family where I have never faced any kind of judgement of being a girl but whenever I meet with my extended family tree, I always feel that I am lucky enough to be nurtured and raised to be career driven by my parents. My parents look beyond their upbringing and without any differentiation, they raised me to stand on my feet. One day my maternal aunt said, “Don’t do feminism-veminism here.” She tries to teach me a girl should be polite and always followed the men of the family. But my issue  is  I never say “Yes” I always ask “why”. So am I a feminist? To get the answer first I need to evaluate why this feminism is such a taboo that people use this word like a slang sometime. A girl believes in feminism, is ...
